Don't listen to this guy. I've spent thousands with this company and never had any issues dealing with them. I've had things missing and they asked if I'd rather have a refund or the item they misplaced (i requested the item and they shipped out promptly). They package better than any other company (LOTS OF TAPE). Everything is brand new in the box. Great company that doesn't charge sales tax and ships fairly quickly (normally 1 week arrival for my area).

I love Fastenersinc for the reasons you mentioned. I think they use so much packing tape because if you're not buying a bunch of different things that require a huge brown box, they'll ship Dewalt stuff in it's own packaging. My thinking is that it will keep the boxes from splitting open and also keep it dry if it rains.
Their clearance section usually has a handful of great deals for stuff you might have not needed but if you're buying something that gets you free shipping then, why not?

I've also spent several thousand over the course of a dozen or so different orders and haven't had any issues so far.
I guess YMMV, but wanted to share my experience.

Yeah, adding my supporting comments too.

I've built my DeWALT 20v collection from deals posted here and probably 6-7 orders and over $1,500 of spend from fasteners.

It's a legit company and all of the comments above are true - correct orders, new products, periodic rock-bottom slick deals, no tax, fast shipping.

I havent spent thousands with this site, but maybe several hundred. And I also havent had any major issues with FasterenersInc neither. I did have something that took almost a week to get shipped out, but other than that hiccup, no problems at all.

I've bought an excessive amount of tools from fasteners Inc. I bought a pile of cut off discs and circular saw blades and one time they sent me a single instead of ten cut off discs. Emailed them, they sent the remainder the next day. They have some killer deals around black Friday, only complaint is stuff sells out fast when it's a deal. I've been happy with their service.

Have ordered tons of times from fasteners- never had an issue, would gladly and without hesitation order again from them. Only complaint, which doesn't bother me, is a majority of time, at least for me, they will use packing tape all over the entire manufacturer box and ship vs putting in another box to ship. Like it's almost waterproof 😂. Their shipping guy must have worked in the drug trade or something…
