I felt the same way for a while, but towards the end of his run, Cappaldi actually had some amazing episodes. Some of the best of the new series in my opinion.

Of course, after Cappaldi, it all just fell apart...

I am still waiting for mine to ship. My order was confirmed 8/27. The customer service was no help, just saying my order was on back order on 11/6.

I don't think I even have a confirmation email, much less a shipping notice. Payment definitely cleared. I may have accidentally deleted the email but IDK.

I preordered this months ago and got a shipping notice 10 days ago that has been stuck at "label created" for 10 days. When trying to contact the customer service email I get an undeliverable mail message.

I called, they had some error on the shipping labels they made, they are aware of it and processing new fixed shipping labels.
