I can say from personal experience that this tent isn't bad at this price point. It's pretty useful on the back of a smaller SUV (Outback). My brother got this tent from an REI garage sale for around $260. Setup isn't that bad once you know what you're doing. You really should read the directions the first few times. 2 of us takes about 20 minutes. Pretty much the same with any large, multi-pole tent. The multiple entrances and variety of configurations with or without the inner tent is what makes it cool. It's definitely not a tent for taller people though. I'm 6'2" and my head basically touches. I wouldn't say it's a awesome deal at $312, but it's something to consider.
