Micro Center recently raised it to $450 and I went aw. They lower it to $300 and I say aww yeahhh!

My first laptop was a Gateway 2000 that came in a cow-colored box in 1995. Gateway went through a lot - A LOT - of major business issues, and is now owned by Acer.

It will always have a special place in my heart, and I might pick this up as a productivity and light gaming laptop for one of my kids with that RTX 3050 and 16GB of RAM. Microcenter also has a 1TB SSD for $45 if you want a little extra space, though I don't know if this model allows it to be swapped.
