A word of warning, from my experience having purchased Babylon 5, if there is an HD remaster of Voyager and DS9, you will not be upgraded to it unlike similar upgrades for movies. If you want to watch these shows, you can subscribe to Paramount Plus and watch all of them. I do own all the TNG, Ent and TOS, all in HD and they are great.
Google Music let you download a DRM-free 320 kbps mp3 of all purchase. On you for not doing that.

I wish there was a TVAnywhere like MoviesAnywhere. I keep forgetting where I've purchase which show and it's getting very tedious to find them to watch.
I hate using iTunes for movies and shows. It's just a mess to find things for me.
Someone should find a way to create an app that combines all our owned content in one place. hmmm my wife is learning coding, maybe she can try something for a portfolio at least.
It says HD but Deep space and Voyager are not remastered right? Only TNG?
Sadly correct. If DS9 is ever remastered I'd be okay with leaving the cgi shots downgraded and remastering the rest. In teaser footage that they included on the what we left behind documentary the station scenes looked incredible. That set was so detailed and was just completely muddied in SD broadcast format. The earlier seasons were still using models for the exterior shots too which would look amazing a la TNG. Once they get into way of the warrior and beyond they get real CG heavy. Again I'd be willing to keep that in SD if it's just not feasible to address that.

Unlike the other Star Trek shows, for some reason DS9 rarely goes on sale, and so I've finally caved and bought it.
I watched three episodes last night and the quality is very bad, less than SD if such a thing exists.
It is SD / DVD quality. Sadly, I have the DVD box here und the Itunes Version and compared at the beginning of rewatching the show. A good 4K TV sadly shows all the badness of these old video standards... after a few episodes your eyes will get used to it
Honestly you can do this on an RTX 3090 with Topaz AI and it takes about 3 hours to process an episode to 4K. It's been done before and can be found in some places.
This can be done at any scale and the garbage B5 CGI looks about the same, but the speckle effects of low res are improved greatly and skin (even alien skin) pops with detail.

There are some fan efforts to use AI to remaster, but Paramount is unlikely to ever remaster Voyager or DS9 https://treknews.net/2017/02/02/w...-hd/?amp=1

It really is a shame how muddied it is. Still holding out hope one day we'll get it the way it was meant to be seen when tech progresses etc.
I miss Google Music, and no, YouTube music isn't the same
