Or...for the educated, chunk light also = way less mercury.
Great idea!
If you want to talk numbers, You lose a quarter of that chicken to cooking, and have to pay for the gas/electricity to cook it.
With the water in these cans, it's probably roughly about the same.

Back in stock. At 60 cents a can (Walmart at $1.22) it is a bargain even if it is at this price quite often.
I mix one can of this tuna with one can of albacore to make a great tuna salad. It stretches out the higher cost of albacore and I actually like the consistency better when I mix the two.
