in mind Amazon is always rotating in and out products that qualify. So double check your cart again. I had to do it twice but I eventually got it to work.
Edit — I still could not get to work even though it said the products qualified. I ordered thinking it would apply the discount but it did not and I had to go in a cancel the order. Oh well!
