No, it lists some flavors you can use it on. It doesn't say, choose from these select flavors, or only available in these flavors.

Will this be through mobile ordering only again? None of my local stores have mobile ordering but they allow you to show them coupons from the app that give you a code. The last time they did this promo, it was mobile orders only.

If you can read it that way, then there is a chance many DQ counter staff will do the same.

For clarification blizzards aren't ice cream, blame the FDA. Texas DQ has own menu and app and the are running similar promo.

This seems to be the same exact offer that they had earlier in the year which is good for any flavor but the more costly premium blizzards. I don't know why somebody would read that press release and think it's only good for the certain fall flavors that were promoted, so I'd pay no attention to that, and I wouldn't worry about a counter person not knowing the details of the offer since you have to order it from in the app!
