this type is a pressurized (no chemical) can that is such a fine mist, it really is the best nasal spray i've ever used. other brands make it, it's all the same. but better than a DIY option that could lead to infection if not done correctly with distilled water, or the cheaper bottles that you have to squeeze to spray.

That's typically for nasal sprays containing phenylephrine and oxymetazoline (e.g., Afrin). Saline sprays should not cause any rebound congestion.

Great stuff and a great price. Recently bought 6 cans (nasal surgery) and cost it around $30.

Is it really 3 pack? The price shows $7.93 ($1.80 / Ounce) which is one pack (4.4 oz).

It says three pack in the title on the Amazon page. If it's not, I bet you could dispute it with Amazon

Thanks! In for 3.

The one at Costco are 4.5 oz, these are 4.4 oz. I wonder if it's just typo on Amazon or they haven't updated their title. Doesn't make sense to make it .1 oz different for a different vendor.

Daily? Who needs to blast their nose with this stuff every day?
People with really bad post nasal drip (or even allergies) might benefit from this. People that take ADHD medicine like Adderall may also find that it makes their mucus feel more thick, and so they might want to have some of it rinsed out...

Myself. Even right now I feel nasal congestion. It's so bad that many times it gets so bad that I can only breathe out through my mouth. It's weird. Never had this until recent months
