Their return policy is trash. Recently bought a monitor that had backlighting issues, said I was still on the hook for return shipping costs.

A round number? Smilie But yeah not typical I bought an MSI a little while back that was a100hz and it is great. 100 fps refresh is pretty good and on AAA games I don't have an insane system that would keep 4k or QHD above that level.

They don't homor their own warranties either. I got jerked around for months on a warranty claim. Every time I emailed to ask where my replacement was, they would ask for my name, address, etc. again. This went on for about 9 months and I never received anything.

Currently going through hell trying to warranty replace a monitor I bought from them a month ago. After one initial response they've totally ghosted me for two weeks at this point. I would never buy anything from them again.

Bought this monitor over a year ago and it more than meets my needs. First monitor had a couple dead pixels which required an email to the CEO to get a replacement monitor.
