Purchased an open box Sony set from them a couple of years ago. No issues with it and they were pretty good to deal with it. Had several questions before I purchased and they happily answered in a timely manner.

I have the 85" version of this TV, and it's excellent! Dolby vision content looks great.
All the bells and whistles with PS5.
Same with Apple TV. All the boxes get checked!
Colors are not as deep as what you would find on an OLED, but then again, nothing is.
Great choice for being a non-OLED. Local dimming does a great job.

Considering it but after the X90H drama I'm not sure if I want to jump on another Sony TV.

if you watch a significant amount of 720p/1080p content, you will love the excellent upscaling capability of this tv as I do. sony's XR is the best in class

Own this TV - not a refurb - and it's outstanding! Looking for a 55 inch version for a smaller room

Currently looking for a 65" for the bedroom, trying to stay at about 1k price wise. Room is pretty dark, and tv will be mainly for streaming movies and video games. Is this better or the Hisense 65" U8?
