A local Menard's told me once they don't price match, period, and got ticked at me for even asking. I wasn't shocked because that store has the worst customer service in the business, and Menard's is goofy with a lot of stuff. And of course this is the king of fine print we're talking about, with their BS advertised prices that reflect a rebate that isn't actually a rebate against the real price. I want to like Menard's because they have nice stores, but they make it hard.

And yes, this is the best price I've seen but I missed out again. I'll probably keep an eye on Craigslist and wait for a bigger used unit. I don't mind buying used, and I've seen some great deals on jointers there before.
