Basically this has a lot of functions with the main exception being a pressure cooker. The things it does do include air fry, steam cook, saute, sous vide, bake roast, broil, slow cook. The biggest thing though is the Speedi meal which is essentially a steam and fry in one and this allows you to cook one pot meals. For example for a chicken penne alfredo, I put the pasta water, oil, salt, brocolli, cream, cheeses, italian seasoning all in the bottom and on the top some dry brined and seasoned chicken and set it to Speedi meal for 12 minutes. I let it rest for another 5 minutes and then open and saute the pasta for a couple minutes if it is too watery and then it is done. Basically about 10 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking for a full dish and of those 15 you only need to be present for the last 3so you personally spend less than 15 minutes of your time to cook a full dish. You can similarly cook so many other dishes by cooking the carbs in the bottom and protein on top etc. Ninja has a recipe builder dedicated for the Speedi.

For the first hour of the sale, there was a listing error and the drop down allowed 'New' Condition models to be added to cart. Looks like it was rectified and only refurbished models are available now.

What does refurbished mean for a product like this? Has it been used, cleaned up and reboxed? Is it just a warehouse salvage item? Reviews seem great and I really want something like this. My instapot died a few months ago and I never replaced it. Been missing it recently and I like the Ninja brand. That seems like a good price.

I've got a refurbished from woot that has been rubbing for a couple years. All accessories were new. Obviously not the one listed but great experience on another deal.

I got this when it was $150 but later returned it. I had to grab this one at more than half off!

My experience with most refurbished is that it's company refurbished and it looks new with new accessories. No regrets so far

Rapid cooker sounds neat, but I'm glad I got the ninja foodi that does air fry and pressure cook.

Got one for 80$ new from QVC with those promos. Love this thing, leave it in the counter permanently. Ive made a few recipes but great for when you have a new kid and have zero time to cook.

So you use this once every 9 months or so?

Looking forward to trying it out, the reviews are pretty stellar. I missed the QVC promo last month, so this is a great price. If it wasn't for the lack of a pressure cook mode I could probably replace my Instant Pot.
