The usual canon refurbished ramble:

Canon refurbished can usually be considered "like new". All of the refurbished products I bought had zero signs of wear. Some of them likely never left the production line.

You can call canon customer service, and provide a serial number from an existing canon camera to get 10% off a refurbished body. Order must be placed over the phone.

This is not technically a sale price, but rather the first time the refurbished R6II is available.

I bought a few Canon refurb pieces from Canon USA as well. Most of them looked brand new, never used. Some of them were not. I sent those back. E.g. I had a camera body with a filthy sensor and less than 1000 shutter count. (Canon no longer gives you the actual shutter count, only rounded down to the nearest thousand.) Probably a return. I also had a lens with scratches on the barrel, but with pristine glass. Probably also a return.
