did this deal last year, had to call and fight probably 5 times to get my money. 99% sure they hope you just give up, between waiting on hold and being transferred to someone else

oh and they said something like "it was stuck in the system"

ATT in my area only serves the rich. Multiple requests and calls have gone unnoticed.

I tried again and got offered 50mbps for $50pm. Seriously.

I did this deal a few years back and Internet service has been rock solid since. I would recommend going into a physical AT&T store to get the promo and setup. They were actually pretty helpful ensuring I got the promo (applied as bill credits)

When I signed up last year, I put everything in the cart but didn't pull the trigger. I honestly wasn't sure I was ready to cut Spectrum. Then sure enough, they sent me another code (xtracash) within 3 days. Then I was really slow while using the site, and I got another code popup (it was either buynow or actnow).

So I ended up with $150 + $50 + $50. If I had to break a contract, then there was yet another offer.

If you end up getting multiple codes, make sure you screenshot your transaction. They do not send you any receipt that acknowledges the codes. You then have to wait around a month or two until you get the promo redemption emails, which are going to be 1 email per promo, and not necessarily on the same day.

I switched to 1000mbps and it went to $250 total using fall100
I added ACTNOW coupon which is stackable on FALL100, which gave $250 with 500mbps plan itself.

I added all promo codes but after paying and checking my order summary, none of the giftcards promos were showing under the promo section. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Is it suppose to show up later or do they just email you the giftcards later?

I have wireless and I'm paying $65/m for 1G fiber includes $5 autopay/paperless discount.
Am I eligible for a lower rate since I have wireless? I'm considering canceling since we're gone for the month and sign up again for $250 GCs & lower promo rate. (we're in So FL)

Active the 300mbps service this week. So far only received the $100 reward email. Not the rest $100 + $50 from the code fall100, and actnow
