This is definitely cheap, I bought the Variety… just be aware it tastes super artificial especially the Banana one. It tastes like someone crushed a Banana "Runts" Candy and mixed that with instant oatmeal. It definitely is loaded with tons of sugar, I wished they added more oats instead, everything is cloyingly sweet.

I used to get this stuff for eating at work. I thought I had to boil oats for like 5 mins to make oatmeal, but then I googled it... Literally just had to pour hot/non boiling water over regular oats and let it soak a little longer. Never gonna buy instant oats ever again.
