Just got the carbon black from Amazon. Came in only the Xbox packaging. Upon opening there was dust on the controller (yet the box still has the seal) which when I looked online isn't uncommon - maybe from sitting in a factory/ warehouse and the fact the sides of the box aren't sealed. Anyway as soon as I first tried it the 'A' button stuck. So I'm going to waste my time going to UPS and hope the replacement is ok. - yeah maybe I should've rethought that..

I'd recommend GameSir controllers. Really good reviews, same price, durable, more competitive and better quality product overall. You can find on Amazon.

If you don't get insurance on Xbox controllers, you can end up with a $45 paper weight. Buy the insurance as it supposedly covers stick drift and bumper wear.

These are the same prices at Sam's Club as well, if they ever go bad, just return it.

Do controllers not fall under the Sam's club 90 day electronics returns? If they are under the return at any time then I would buy there because drift is awful with these newer controllers.
