You are doing something wrong then.
I've bought every All Clad I own from them, a couple dozen different sizes at this point and they've all been perfect to my eye with no imperfections. Buy with confidence.
they are not a reseller, that store is actually owned by all-clad, so it's their factory online store, to be exact

All products sold through this site are genuine All-Clad products, even if the engravings typically found on All-Clad products are not present. For this event, all sales are final, no returns will be accepted

This worries me a little, anyone have experience?

They are an official reseller. Scratch/dent items will typically come marked as such with a small engraving. Damaged packaging items will likely not. They still have a warranty, not sure if it's the same as normal factory warranty though. Check the fine print. All items will be fully functional. They won't have things with damaged cooking surfaces.

Is this really that much better than Tramontina sets from Costco?

Buyer beware if you have induction, I bought a D5 pot that was advertised as induction ready and it didn't work on my stove.

I've bought a lot of stuff from this site and its legit. The address of the site matches with the address of warranty item from the all-clad official site. Also the charge on your card will be from the parent company (Groupe Seb) of All-Clad

What set do you recommend for induction? We just switched from gas to induction and i'm looking for some new pans to try out on my new stove.

Worse things I have ever bought for my kitchen- it sticks every time. I tried it for like 10 times even did an oil conditioning- didn't work. I threw those heavy sticking monsters and in a month after buying. Didn't even bother trying to return them as they were labeled as "final sale". Total Waste.

it's not like cast iron
no need to season or condition with oil

just heat it up really hot first and then put just enough oil for cooking

I mean this is the nicest way but do you know how to cook on stainless steal? This is a common issue a lot of people have when first using stainless. I've only ever bought 1 piece from them because of price but it's the nicest single.kitchen pan I owned.
