Even the "reduced sodium" one has over 1000mg of sodium per can. No wonder everyone has high blood pressure in America.

I agree. They try to hide the excessive sodium level by saying "2 servings per can", but of course few people are going to eat only half a can of soup. Many Americans claim that MSG makes them sick, but the real problem is that MSG is mostly salt and the salt is what makes them sick.

If it makes you feel better, I didn't bother ordering when I checked & posted what the cost was with the S&S - mostly due to the same reason as discussed above: too effing much salt.

Not a good way to buy this: Progresso and Campbell's soups go on sale at grocery stores for a dollar a piece on big sales, and often "5 for $4" once in a while. This way you can choose much better varieties (and also not stuck with 12 of the same one)

Do they still?
I haven't seen it near me, but my area is a little expensive
