Yes, indeed a worst customer service. I've only 2 lines fully paid, tried to add an apple watch but system is giving error that I'm using maximum lines. Customer service has no clues and saying wait for next billing cycle or call credit bureau. Neither of that make any sense since my credit history has been excellent. And I don't think it will fix magically next billing cycle. What a waste of time.
Xfinity is fraudulent with these deals. They'll not activate your port out for over a month and void the deal, making you to pay for the phone
What about if you create a new line instead of porting? Also, I don't even see a link to this deal in my rewards section despite being at Diamonds reward level. Anybody able to get this deal successfully?
