The price fluctuates greatly depending on their own inventory and the inventory of the actual Simplihome website. I was eyeing an ottoman that would fluctuate from 159-300 and waited until it was back in stock everywhere so I could get 159 and free returns.

Also, FYI when they say "distressed" in the color name, they're actually using faux suede rather than the plasticy-type faux leather material. I ended up returning the one I bought for other reasons, but was taken aback by the fabric when I initially opened the box since it was not at all what I expected.
