Kinda... They got tricky with how you choose the date for that first delivery. Before you add to cart, on the product page above the Subscribe button, there's a little link to specify delivery date. You can either choose immediate or your upcoming S&S delivery date. You can't choose 6 months out anymore as your initial date. If you want to choose a later date, choose the next S&S date as described above (not immediate delivery) then change to a later date in the Subscription area after setting up the order.

They clearly made this more convoluted to try to make people miss out on the max discount on their first order.

Gorilla, T-Rex are far far stronger under all conditions.

Cheap 3m good if you've got indoor, clean surfaces with light loads.

This is a cheap roll of duct tape but it's also a pretty short one at only 20 yards. You can get better duct tape from Nashua made in the US (well at least put on the roll in the US, but better than nothing lol) for just a little more per yard ($2.50 per 20 yards) if you could make use of the 60 yards.

Got this when it was originally posted and the rolls are super tiny compared to what I typically get. Not sure since I've clearly never purchased this size but I can't imagine this is THAT great a deal

Gorilla is MUCH better but this works if you plan to remove the duct tape without leaving hard residue.

I have to agree with their pick for Duck Max - good balance of strength vs cost. Their backup choice of Sticky Ass Tape is just begging for trouble with that name, though - some idiot in desperate need of attention will actually put it on their ass claiming they were trying to stop their diarrhea or some BS.

I am a Gorilla tape convert. The black Gorilla duct tape is tough stuff. I have patched tubes with it and then floated a river for days, no leaks. Used it on stuff outdoors that gets constant sun/UV and wetness, no issues. Spend a little more, get better quality.

I won't give high marks to the Nashua I bought from Costco, after a few months the top layer peeled off on my outside AC duct insulation.

Dang. Well, duct tape isn't supposed to be used for stuff like that, anyway. I think you mean AC line set, not duct as ducts are not outside. Aluminum foil tape would have worked better (what you're supposed to use for HVAC stuff) but I feel like using tape outside is asking for it to fail at some point no matter what you use and caulk or something like that is more suitable.
