What makes them authentic Italian ice? Wyler doesn't sound very much like an Italian surname

It's just water, high fructose corn syrup, and a touch of juice.

Everything else is marketing.

These are really good if you get a real bad aftertaste with the generic ones that sell for cheaper

Their not. It's just mostly water mixed with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, artificial flavors, and artificial coloring like many of the other freezer pops.

But a lot of people like the flavor of Wyler Italian Ice better than the FlavorIce, Otter Pops, or Pop Ice branded one.

Wyler Italian Ice, FlavorIce, Otter Pops, Pop Ice and a few other freezer pop brands are all made by the some company called Jel Sert.

The first delivery date is October 3. I ordered anyway because I live in Phoenix and it stays hot for a while. But that's a long way off. I could use them now. I have found these at Dollar Tree, btw, but in much smaller packs.

I think the pectin is what makes it better, some of them dont have such substance in flavor as others, and i think some of those ingredients make it better than just flavored water frozen... taste wise.

From your answer you clearly haven't ever tasted Wylers.

Everyone likes them because of the taste? They're not Italian ice? You make No mention of the texture?
