ingredients for chocolate hazelnut & almond seem really good for the price. hazelnuts are the #1 ingredient, the sugar and chocolate are both organic, and it contains very little palm oil compared to nutella where the first 2 ingredients are sugar and palm oil (hazelnuts are #3)

There's actually two camps of people. There's allergic to peanuts. And sensitive to peanuts. Allergic is the obvious having a bad reaction immediately and sensitivity is the regular eating of it causing inflammation of the gut over time. Most people fall into this category. And by replacing peanuts with almonds many people have improved their overall health
