B&H education discount shows the A7r V model plus bundle of items for the same price ($2913). Bundle items included Think Tank Photo Retrospective 7M Shoulder Bag for DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras (Pinestone) and Sony 128GB SF-M Tough Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card.

If you pay via payboo store card, tax is free. So BH deal is definitely better if you are in market for one.

Ha, I'm actually looking into an R6 Mk2 due to the better video features over similarly priced Sonys. Will be using an EF to RF adapter and some older lenses in order to afford shooting with various focal lengths and apertures. Wish you the best in your shoots šŸ‘

Fantastic price on a fantastic camera. I bought for 3500 and have zero regrets. Great high resolution sensor, new ibis system works pretty well, and autofocus system paired with any recent Sony lens feels like cheating.

I get the benefit of a slightly smaller and lighter camera body, but to me the much higher quality evf alone easily makes up for it, especially when the a7rv is slightly cheaper with this deal. I've never used the a7rc but the evf is night and day better than the similarly specced a74 evf.

The back lcd screen is also better and the extra custom buttons are nice to have.

Panasonic S5 IIX is probably the best for entry/mid-level fullframe video. Can record directly to a SSD over USB C.

Not quite. The once in a lifetime deal was on Amazon when they were selling all Sony items for $99, yes everything on the store front. So, a $16,500 lens for $99, 70-200 GM lens for $99, A73 for $99. It was bonkers. Of course, it was a pricing mistake, but boy, did people take advantage of it and got lucky. I was too slow in making up my decision on which lens to buy that prevented me from taking advantage of it. That was a wild ride here on SD. There should still be a th tread about it on here.
