These are absolute trash if you're using them for HomeKit.
The new firmware update prevents you from connecting them to Apple Home. If in the idle chance that get lucky, they will "Accessory Not Responding" in a few days. Known issue, TP-:Link doesn't give a crap.

Avoid like the plague.

I just installed a s505 (walk switch), and I had no issues. The firmware is v 1.0, however. I'm going to not upgrade if the issue is caused by a newer firmware.
