Only difference I could find between "PRO Ultimate" and "PRO Plus" is maximum 200MB/s vs 180MB/s read speed (and the slightly higher price)

Would work fine. A lower class of card might be cheaper for mostly identical day-to-day performance though (though it'd be slower to fill, depends on how big your game collection is)
