So is it good or no?
Bought it last week. I don't like it. Not enough support for side sleepers, and it runs hotter than the other memory foam pillow I have (JC Penney side sleeper pillow). It also makes a slight crinkly noise when you move your head around. Not terrible , but definitely noticeable. Wife is trying it now, and if she doesn't like it as well, it is going back to Costco.

Same. Bought 2 for $22 ea. and some change last week. One night later we both hate them and they're boxed to go back.
No good for side sleepers, as it doesn't want to conform to your shoulder for proper support. I'd say decent for back sleepers but neither of us is. I thought it was good for when I need to lay on a flat floor for my back, but no true SD'r is dropping a Jackson for that.
Heavy as hell, too. Noticed a noise (almost like an "ear to a seashell" noise) but couldn't hear it too much over my military-grade tinnitus.
I'd say you're much better off with the sleep number jobs when it's on BOGO. Got a couple of the adjustable ones and we're very happy with those.

2 for 22 sounds unbelievable. Do you care to post any proof of purchase? Seems a different model maybe.
I spent $200 on 2 of the deluxe "cooling" pillows from Temperpedic. I absolutely hate them. They are terrible. I got the high loft ones and within 30 minutes, they compress down to only 1.5" thick which cranes my neck and wakes me up.
I'm only 155 lbs too. If you were a larger individual, I don't know how this would be bearable even for that 30 minutes.
I'll be the outlier - I loved them. Paid quite a bit more on the website for another one earlier this year after one of my kids snagged the one I bought last year when it was on sale (think it was $42 for the first and $52 for the second).
I'm a side sleeper and had no problem with support. They are definitely warmer than your typical pillow, but that's the case with most memory foam (I've only found one over the years that had a gel topping that mitigated the heat, but couldn't find a replacement after it wore down). It's a very firm pillow.
Considering it's Costco, if you're on the fence it's a no brainer to try at this YMMV price. If you don't like it, it goes right back for a full refund.

It's been forcibly corrected, apologies.
