Didn't have this model but bought another futon from this brand that's very similar. Absolute garbage. Sagged in less than a year of sitting (never used for sleeping) and I would start having back pain just from sitting on it for a movie session. Threw it out within the year, stay away from these

$150 bucks for a year in temporary apartment seems ok.

There is no danger of running out of space in landfills. That has been a fear mongering lie for 40 years.
