I've owned my SEi12 since December 2022 and use it as a Plex server (16GB is plenty for this purpose also the Intel chip shines here for hardware transcoding support). It's a very good little machine and very reliable.
Heck, you can even do very light gaming on it on some newer games at 720p or old titles at 1440p.
I paid $379 and considered that a good price. Taking another $100 off is an *excellent* price.

I would say for games go with AMD. For Plex server or video editing work go with Intel. For anything else it doesn't matter much.

The specs say "DDR4 Slot x2, M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD Slot x1, SATA HDD (2.5inch7mm) Slot x1"
I'm guessing the native HD is NVMe and SATA slot is open. Is that correct?
If so, is there a max limit on storage size? Do most people keep their plex data on the PC or separate NAS?

I've read there's a 2TB limit but honestly I put a 4TB SSD in mine and it works fine. You just have to be careful with old-school hard drives because sometimes larger capacity 2.5" drives are taller and will not fit.
I have a PC with an I7 and RTX3080 that I use heavy editing, but looking for a secondary PC for my bedroom.
