These were my favorite for marking black power supplies and whatnot. The ink can stand up to high temperatures on some surfaces that regular sharpies cannot. I now prefer white paint pens for marking black surfaces, but I still keep the silver sharpies around for certain tasks.

If you buy these, make sure you test these right away. The last two batches I got from Amazon were DOA.
These markers are great. Just an FYI that this isn't really a slick deal. A three pack of metallic is just less than $5 at Target, everyday.

1.40 a piece - delivered, in smaller quantity vs 1.66/per larger quantity/higher total and requires going to the store or an order large enough to justify shipping. I suppose the same applies to Amazon if you don't have prime tho… Nearly 20% savings, don't need to buy as many, and possible free delivery without meeting a threshold if you have prime, what's not slick about it?

These should work great. Just don't expect them to be color correct. Not telling for a friend….

if the actual savings is last on the reasons why this is a slickdeal it likely isnt so slick.
did you also factor in that the chances of getting some old crusty markers are higher with amazon because they have become the hub of reselling close to expired products? a booming market was born because of it.

"ship to door" always seems to pop up anytime the slickdeal is debatable however there is a threshold for that delivery to be free with both companies one of which you can circumvent by going into the store and using the markers within minutes of purchase. ship to door should be irrelevant either the price is slick or it isnt.

which seems to happen more when an item is on sale and theres usually a reason (close to expire flip).
i order a lot from amazon and (for me) there has been in increase with getting either expired or closed to expired items. from what i hear selling close to perish items at a severe markdown has become a thriving industry the closer it is to expiring the cheaper you can get it from one these warehouses and of course a lot of that stuff gets flipped on amazon
