It's 70 cents a roll at Sam's club shipped everyday, in fact it's 65 cents a roll in store usually

So at 77 cents this is not a deal for most ppl

I haven't had a sams or Costco membership in decades. I don't like $300 clubs (hard to get out without spending $300 or more).

so $0.77 a roll is great for me.

yes, you may spend more in a single trip, but you'll make less of them and spend less overall assuming you can use the quantities - that's why they are popular
