Scott quality has gone down the drain, It used to be commercial quality and now it is resembling cheap Angel Soft. It is no longer worth the premium price. I'm looking for really economical commercial(not see through) bulk tissue to replace Scott. I'm willing to buy by case. Cheapest I found

Interesting. I do think I feel like it's a tad thinner ... but what I absolutely HAVE noticed is that when I pull on a roll it DEFINITELY tears apart at a MUCH lighter pull than before. I now find it tearing apart at its own random points rather than waiting until I specifically apply a stronger pull.

Same. I've noticed that in the last few orders this year from amazon.

The order stuff from last year would never tear unless you pulled enough to tear it.

1. Is this cheaper than Costco? Let's assume I have Costco membership and I could go to Costco (not worried about fuel costs etc).

2. OP, you can cancel subscription after it is delivered, not just shipped. I've had my peanut butter order got cancelled this way.

I got into Scott to on a deal like last year and this to is rezor thin...so you will use more. Personally it doesn't bother me much...in for another.
