Sam's has the Scott 1000 45 roll Packs for $30.48 which comes out about 67 cents a roll pretax which is pretty decent for a everyday price.
For comparision, Costco list price for 36 rolls is $30, but they are the 1,100 sheet rolls, so closer to 40 rolls. Although, it seems like when I go into Costco, the package is always priced $3/$4 less.
