I just noticed this price on the 250ft roll. As recently as a month ago I was searching and the best price I found was $95+tax. This is $75 from HD directly. Right now new on Amazon is $93.
Obviously in the good old days this sold for less than $40 but those days are gone.
For anyone looking - this is a good deal. Especially considering 25ft rolls sell for around $20.
