If you donot mind wasting money, keep away from Arlo. I have four Arlo in my house, they work as scarecrow now.
1, battery , it last less than three months even I donot turn on Arlo.

2, basestation, it broke their promise to have live video, you can only see the recording on SD in computer if you donot have subscription.

Dont buy Arlo products. They reneged on their free cloud offered to their earliest customers. Company sucks ryhmes with brass IMO.

This is true. I got the Costco Arlo pack and returned them a year later. Too much lag and the batteries are weak and then died. Currently, using Ring and they're less lag and the battery seems to be much longer.

I just followed the link and bought 3 for pickup from Walmart... but its the Essential XL models, same price. (1year battery life)

This is probably a closeout. Arlo has already stopped supporting some models. They will likely support this model for at least a few years but I assume not more.

You have a different camera. These are wireless and do not connect to a base station, just the router, and do not have removable memory.
