Are you on the app to see the "shop" tab? I check both app and browser and not able to see where that is. Thanks

I'll give my feedback from att fiber as I am a new customer since mid August.
I signed for 300m and when testing speed it's 400m. First bill get a 100$ reward 0$. Second bill bill be around 20$. I received quickly my reward. First was a blink bundle on Amazon cost 250$ -> 0. Ring door bell, Amazon echo show 8 and 2 plug.
Second reward 2 card of 50 $ for amazon just arrived today by mail.

To be able to receive the reward you need to check your mail and follow the link with all explained.

I'm fighting a bit with remaining reward 100$ in visa card because you need 6month of previous bill with previous provider. But I'm a new US citizen and it's my first provider...

Also get a reward with Nvidia gaming code for 6 months.

Despite this the connection is reliable and speed is ok . Wifi router is enough for most of house except if you live in a Castle... most of us house are in wood and wifi is working nicely.

Att deals are tricky.
I already have ATT Internet fiber and am trying to switch to this plan.
But, as we know the worst customer service and worst kind of liars are ATT rep.
My friend tried a few sales reps. No one gave him the offer. In the end he cancelled and reopened with a different name

I left and returned to Spectrum after Spectrum offered me $19.99 for 300Mbps DL for 24 months. I'll until Spectrum deal expires and then I'll come back to AT&T Fiber.
How and when you get that offer?

So you have to be incredibly careful here. The site clearly states you need a wireless plan in multiple places:

"AT&T Fiber with AT&T All-FiTM
Save $20/mo. on AT&T Fiber®
When you have both superfast fiber internet and an AT&T WirelessSM plan"

"Internet Savings Offer: Subj to change and may be discontinued at any time. New residential customers who purchase an AT&T Fiber plan (300Mbps or higher) and have or subscribe to an eligible AT&T postpaid wireless plan will receive a $20/mo bill credit applied towards the internet bill w/in 2 bills. Wireless billing and internet service addresses must match. Must maintain eligible services for continued receipt of promotional discount. Wireless and internet services billed separately. One discount per customer account"

FYI the plan is listed for $60 that's with the $20 credit w/ wireless and $5 credit with paperless billing. Please note AT&T did communicate starting next month the $5 credit will only apply if you pay directly with a debit card/direct withdraw, credit card payments will no longer receive the credit.
The no credit card thing is spreading. T-mobile is the same starting this month.

Pay attention at restaurants, tagging on a 3% fee for credit card use is becoming common. They should tell you before taking your card.

Unfortunately, sometimes AT&T reps are dishonest at time just to get you to sign in. I would watch the first/second/third fiber bill like a hawk.
Learned that the hard way
