I called and eventually spoke to retention team since first guy said it was only for new line. Retention guy happily applied the discount for the $60 a month 1gb
FYI: My Chase Sapphire Reserve had a $50 cash back offer for ATT Fiber. Requirements were to pay your first 2 bills using the credit card. Makes the deal even better.

The gift card system is also compromised. Threat actors have access to your info and will call you up pretending to need the card details to activate your GC.
Someone really needs to punish ATT for this scam and their ineptness.
Someone would seriously accept a cold call from (any number at all) and give out (any information whatsoever) ?
If I got a call from my credit card company saying "We have a fraud alert on your card" (or anything else) I would immediately drop the line, and call the number on the back of my credit card.
Accepting any incoming calls for (anything) nowadays is a recipe for disaster.

Same here in the Nashville area...I have Xfinity 1Gps Internet and 2 Lines of Wireless which gives me $20 off for the bundle so there really isn't a lot of incentive to change outside of the upfront discounts...people in my neighborhood are always complaining about their AT&T internet service where as Xfinity has been pretty consistent from a reliability standpoint..ymmv!
Once you place the order, there is no email which shows that the $300/- rewards coupons were used and are due for processing after 6 weeks. How do we get a proof showing the codes as part of the order ?

No torrenting, no streaming weird π©. Never used a VPN. They've never sent me any warnings, no notices, and no history of problems. Suddenly they tell me I have repeated violations, refuse to show me any evidence, refuse any dispute, reject any escalation, and told me verbatim "I'm looking at the data, so you'll have to take my word for it." No idea what you've seen in your role, but there's no way people can be expected to believe that caliber of π π© π© π©.
Never even visited a single prΓΆn site using that connection.
couldn't get the $55 to work!!
