An att representative came to my house a couple of months ago and offered this deal plus 2 months free. I live in north Altanta. Happy with the price and speed so far.
I'm in OTP Atlanta with 1000 MBps Fiber and I could not get the Loyalty department to budge at all. They offered to escalate to a supervisor but assured me there are no further promotions available for my account. Paying $80 but I still have MAX subscription.
I'm an existing customer but called loyalty and they were able to add the $20 off on internet. Thx for positing
They are neither giving me any discount nor downgrading me to lower plans. I opened a new account (300mbps with $250 rewards) with spouse ssn and cancelled mine. Hoping to get reward offers also.
I was a previous customer (until April 2022). Do you know if I will qualify for this? I've moved to a new apartment and thinking of considering this offer but not sure if I would qualify. Offer details doesn't explain it.

What state you in? I'm in north Texas and just spoke to loyalty dept and they were only able to offer $100 reward card. I'm currently on 300mbps for $55/mon was hoping to drop down to $35/mon

Has anyone else in ATL had any better luck?
Yea, but that was when a representative came knocking at my door in Brookhaven some 3 months ago, itp. I was offered that deal with the first 2 months free (but no 300 bucks) and free modem. I don't have any extra, just internet. I believe I do not have a cap on data either.

I am in Frisco - no deal. They are straight up ramming us in the rear. How do we stand up and fight against this?
I know this isn't exactly the same but via Facebook messenger I was able to get my $20 promo reapplied for another year on my gig fiber that still includes MAX, so any of you who still have MAX and don't want to risk losing it might wanna go this route

I'm an existing customer . currently paying ~$90 for 1gbps + unlimited 5G Mobley plan. The internet is listed at $69.99 with $10 off with the mobile plan . Wondering if I should call and talk to retention . What makes me nervous is the mobley plan which has been working quite well for past 2 years and I dont want the retention team to mess up the current discounts + rates
