I'm not sure how to proceed with this deal. Can someone help me. The link send me to a page with M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah and 2.0 Ah Battery Packs and Charger Starter Kit. Do I just add to cart and checkout as usual?

The employees don't care. Neither Lowes or HD care at all about why you return. Silly really as there might be a problem with the product but they don't ask.

I guess that I need some sleep to understand this. M12 battery kit, but add the M18 light? On the app, mine doesn't show even an M12 light. I'll try it on the PC in the morning. Goodnight everyone!

The OP meant M12 flood light. The title of this post has it correct, but as of right now the description incorrectly says M18 flood light.

They always ask me if something is wrong with what I'm returning.

They just need to know what buttons to click on the computer. Opened or broken returns get sent to a different place than unopened/unbroken.

Common reasons for returning perfectly good unopened tools:
"It turns out I don't need it"
"Shipping took too long and I used another tool for that job"

Is this flood light really good? I see that it clips into the packout system, but if my only other Milwaukee is the 12v 4 in 1 that is in the other SD.... worth it versus just using what I already have (headlamp/Ryobi flood light)?
