I bought one a few weeks ago for my recent overseas trip and this power bank has not been the best. Having only 1 outlet and USB-A only was an inconvenience. My wife's galaxy s21+ charged very slowly or did not charge at times. I would look for something else.

Incredibly slow charger. My S21 was at 71%. I plugged it into this Anker and it said it would take 2 1/2 hours to charge. This is basically an overnight charger. Don't buy.

Completely outdated tech. No quick charge or USB PD. Expect 2h+ charging times on most phones.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally put it in the "trickle charge" mode? The last battery indicator light will turn green when in this slower, 1 amp output mode.

Not bad for $10.79 for basic emergency needs. Charged an s23+ from 0 to 100% (albeit slowly) three times before anker battery needed to be charged again.
