This is where the NEO version should be at. This one should be at the $700 price range at this point. The new OLED model is out and the price dropped for that one and the 57" Neo G9 is dropping any month now.

This is a terrible monitor. I am just just returning my second replacement. When it works it's great but it has constant issues and Samsung customer is very slow to deal with.

More aggressive curvature, higher refresh rating.

I got this last black friday. It's a great monitor for it's niche. Takes up a lot of desk space. I like to run 3 monitors side by side and this make it's difficult for my setup. I ended up replacing it with a 32" G8

I bought it last year during microsoft.com sale, it works perfectly, no issue whatsoever.

I have one and it has a few dead pixels but the screen is so big I don't notice them.

It really is a lottery with this monitor, and returning it through Samsung is an absolute nightmare. I actually tried to return/replace mine and just gave up on the process.

Overall I would definitely recommend this monitor though, gaming on this is amazing, and it's incredible for work/multitasking as well. You will need a fairly powerful PC to get good FPS (it's about 90% the amount of pixels as 4k so you can use 4k benchmarks.)

One other thing is the base stand is quite large and if you want to get a monitor arm that can hold this it's going to cost about $400.

Just picked up an open box on ebay. Great monitor but new is still over priced.

I just returned/refunded my LG 49GR85DC-B from Amazon and was waiting on this to go on sale for my sim rig.
My LG had a stuck red pixel within 3 days of using it. Amazon wouldn't replace it, only refund.

A bit hesitant to buy another tbh

I took the chance and got an Open Box Acceptable rated one during Prime days for $660. I had been wanting one for a couple of years but couldn't quite justify spending the money on one at the normal or even most sale prices. I was surpised that the one I got was basically brand new and still had all of the cling wrap stuff on it. It was just the box that was a bit beat up.

there are a plenty of arms that can hold G9 for less than 100$.
