Marvel vs Capcom 2 is not backward compatible with Xbox One or later, so it's not available for download unless you have an Xbox 360 (you can get to it from your download history).

It's actually a good reason to buy. Delisted games can no longer be purchased, but can still be downloaded and played (or if you have the physical disc).

The game can be played single player only, and the servers are not going offline. Single and multiplayer will all still work, and all marketplace items will be free.

Never played it, but I've heard the single player campaign was very good. I can't imagine it could ever be bad enough to make me regret buying it for $4.

I have the base PS4 version on disc and there was an update not long ago that removed the in-game store and just gave you all the content for free.

I still weep that I never purchased Ultimate Alliance when it was listed. That game only exists as a memory for me now 😢

4 bucks to get to play with the DLC characters and outfits seems hard to argue with. I played the campaign a while back, it's honestly good.
