Customer service was really great and proactive but worth noting I did have significant issues with getting a working unit. Obvious YMMV. Commenting to indicate that they take customer service seriously
Something a lot of people don't realize is that different PD chargers have different voltage+amperage configurations they support, so they can't all charge the same things optimally. For example, I have a 100w Monoprice charger that jumps from 45W (15V*3A) to 100W (20V*5A) so it actually can't charge this 65W power bank at max speed and I have to use a different charger for it.
What I like about this power bank is that it actually tells you the voltage and amperage it's outputting/inputting at so you can easily tell (via multiplication) if you're charging it/the other device optimally.
Not only are Anker chargers more expensive per watt— you have to get the Anker 737 power bank to get that same feature, and that one runs at $150 (gets as low as $100 sometimes, is currently at $110). The 737 charges up to 140W and has 4000mAh more capacity, but unless you need 140W worth of charging power at once, this Baseus is a much, much better value.

To those who are curious, the maximum mah battery bank that you can fly with is 27,000mah. While you may see higher capacity battery banks for less, you will not be able to travel with it if it is over the allowed limit.
I went with the 20v for mine because I have different battery that I have tried to run the same cpap car charger on and that battery only outputs 12v. That battery shuts off randomly because I think the power draw goes too low so it thinks it is idle and turns off.
So to avoid any issues I figured boosting to 20v would avoid the same issue with this battery. 20v is compatible with my car charger so it works perfectly fine. I just keep it in my cpap travel bag with the car charger so its ready to go if I need to grab it in middle of the night.

can't fault them too much as the comparable anker brand that has 65w charging is at least double if not more
