Smart idea, but I had to comment about 20v adapter. Maybe you meant 20w? Because the cars native voltage is 12v so nothing plugging into one would be 20v without getting fried lol.
No, I meant exactly what I wrote. The usb C to female car charger socket is outputting 20v instead of 12v (not watt) with my choice of ali express adapter. My cpap car charger accepts 11-24v and outputs 24v which the machine needs so it is within spec, and it is fine.

It would NOT be ok to plug in another device into the car socket adapter unless it has a variable input range that would accept 20v.

This is popular because it's a reasonably sized battery that can charge all of your devices at a cost that's less than half of everyone else's comparable offering.

I bought one of these, and it's worked flawlessly thus far.
Lol, this guy...

Can someone help answer this question? I have another 15,000mah battery bank that outputs 45watts using usb-c and 22watts with the usb-a port. I noticed that when charging my Switch that it takes over 50% of the power bank when using the 65watt port but only 34% using the 22watt port. Why is that?
Fast charging does drain battery more!

Would you let me know how you tested it? I use a usb tester and only get about 2/3 of the labeled capacity.

I used a USB reader device to determine the protocol to use and test what protocols are available.

Then hooked to a variable load device that accurate measures watts, amps and voltage and determines the capacity.

Again the capacity is rated as the CELLS inside the power bank, not the output you will get.
Here in the attached image I am running 20v for PD3 and get way less output capacity from the efficiency lost in the 3.7v to 20v conversion.

Since you cant set 3.7v output, you run 5v output and assume average losses of 15-20% based on how efficient it is.

Based on that, it was right on the money for me.

Probably some sort of inefficiency. Do you notice the battery bank and your switch being warmer at 45w vs 22w? If so, that heat is energy being wasted.

Edit: If I charge my s22 at the "Super fast charging" rate of 45w it gets noticeably warmer than when charged slower even if for the same amount of mah.
Ok that makes sense. It does get noticeable warming.

It is expensive not because of capacity, but because it can output 65W. The one you are linking is 22.5W only, and is overpriced.

Besides, airlines limit is about 27K mAh.
My son took this 30000mah one to Europe and no one batted an eye. I think it being limited (and labeled on the device itself) to 22.5wh factors in as well.

So mine just arrived and it's most likely a reboxed one. Missing charging cable and 79% out of the box. Best way to contact them for recourse?

I think this is the lowest I've seen for this power bank. Works great with my Steam Deck, and I would assume the other gaming handhelds that top out at 65w.
Thanks for sharing. How many times do you think this power bank can charge the steam deck ?

79% out of the box.
this is normal
power banks are usually shipped not fully charged, it is safer this way

however, a cable was definitely included with mine. Yours is clearly not totally new.

can someone confirm that this is not allowed to be carried onto a plane?
I brought it on a plane twice, no issue. 27,000mah is the cap.
It's solid, we'll built, and I bet the entire bank recharges faster than an iPhone 15.

Coupon code is dead. Clipped coupon still works.
