I was looking into this model last time it came up and saw a few videos. The PSU is a 1200 watt modular, dont know what efficiency rating. All the components appear to be standard, no funny business like Alienware pulls, but they are all Lenovo OEM including the GPU.

There is a very thorough review of it on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBpNwV71TZ8

Considering there really hasnt been a "sale" on a 4090 yet, it would be hard to build one yourself for cheaper than this. Throwing together a quick list on PcPartPicker with random lower end components like the mobo and ssd nets you ~$2,700 for a similar specd rig. If this is in your price range its definitely a good deal for a fully assembled and warrantied computer at this tier.

This is actually a pretty good deal - The lowest-priced 4090 is currently $1600. The 13900 processor is at least $400, maybe $500. The 5600mhz memory is a little weak, but not bad. Figure you're getting at least an 850watt gold PSU (hopefully a 1000w to handle that GPU), mobo, case. If I hadn't just finished building a system, I might give this a go.
The two caveats for me would be: 1. *Which* brand/model RTX 4090? Although even the lowest 4090 is so capable graphically, OC or clock speed really doesn't make a material difference, but the build quality of the GPU might be material. 2. Are the case, mobo, power supply, etc. all to 'standard' form factors. I stopped buying commercial computers decades ago, because they'd always have something odd about some component's form factor - like the Sony computer I had that had the PSU go out on me. The form factor wasn't the standard, so you could only 1. Buy a new PSU from Sony for a small fortune. or (as I did) 2. Make the PSU an 'outboard' component. You don't need that kind of PITA. Good find, OP.

Can a second SSD or NVMe M.2 be added? How much more RAM can be added?

I would use this for Photoshop and other imaging programs… Would this computer be too much, not enough, or…?

Based on the youtube review someone posted above, it looks like the motherboard has 4 RAM slots (2 of which are filled but could be swapped out) and 3 NVME SSD slots (one of which I assume is filled)

This is close to similar in specs ( half the ram/storage) to a corsair pre built I bought a month ago for 3750 before tax. If toy want a stong pre built for a great price buy this immediately you're not going to come close to beating this price
