Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

It's locked. Unlocked after 60 days and paid off.
I dunno what happens when you get instant credit but for bill credits it stays locked until paid off fully. We assumed 60 days also due to Verizon service but turned out to be wrong.

That's why most people hate bill credit.

My iPhone 14 pro is still under 24 monthly payment, not sure if xfinity will roll over this to a new iPhone 15 pro.
Nope. You'll have to pay off the 14 in full. However, buy paying it off, they'll unlock it.

I have had to file 2 FCC complaints to get issues taken care of and with 0 inconvenience credits applied after having to shut my card off on day 1 of our vacation to avoid being charged 1200 dollars for a phone that i returned (that was a result of the first FCC claim). Ridiculous customer service

Xfinity Mobile offered me $390 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max... most major carriers are offering $1000 for any trade in of 12 or newer...

Still waiting on a credit for a phone that was accepted over a month ago. Chat hasn't been helpful. If anyone has a solution that would be great

Looking forward to this, I'm entangled with xfinity as it is, so for me I always wait for deals like this.
Last year I got the 14 Pro Max with the same bill credits and zero trade in. Keep waiting. It costs me around $15/month after the credits.

They will if you pay it off. Unlike some carriers, T-mobile for example, you'll lose any remaining bill credits with Xfinity. There's really not much reason to upgrade from the 14 Pro to the 15 Pro anyway and it's definitely not worth losing your bill credits.

I think the CS did that as mean prank, their unlock policy seemed ok until I tried unlocking paid off iPhone that I used the required time on their network their response was that they only unlock when original purchaser requests it otherwise regardless of that it qualifies for rest of the unlock terms they still wouldn't budge. As a result I ditched their cellular and used that phone as trade in device for T-Mobile deal which included free line promo and few months later switched to Fios for internet as well. They lost loyal 20yr customer that paid bills on time and I learned my lesson not to give my money to business that doesn't care about their customers.

You still have an iPhone 8? From how long ago 6 years lol you don't support them financially by getting a new phone yearly like they want why would they care about you a customer you don't make them money
