Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

They will if you pay it off. Unlike some carriers, T-mobile for example, you'll lose any remaining bill credits with Xfinity. There's really not much reason to upgrade from the 14 Pro to the 15 Pro anyway and it's definitely not worth losing your bill credits.
Thanks!

Yes, the customer services from this company is extremely poor. By dealing with their customer service, you will discover a lot of ugliness in human nature that you would never believe if you hadn't seen it with your own eyes, as well as lies they swear. Almost lying with eyes wide open. The accents almost all come from a certain country. This accent is often heard in many scam calls.

Not to be that guy but can't you go into an xfinity store and deal with them
I had the same thought, and when I went they ended up just calling the same people I called as far as I could tell. It was truly a bizarre experience.

Waiting for that
I am 99% sure it will be monthly credit, unless their current Marketing leader is fired and a new clueless person leads the department.

Unless you want to stay with them for 2+ years and don't plan to get new phone within those 2 years, enduring their horrible customer service and so so mobile service, then I guess it is ok.

I used them for about a year and their data speed wasn't good. comparing with my friend's true VZ service, my data was way slower than his.

Seeing discussion about Huawri and the Chinese phone market on here and wondered where Huawei and the Chinese government got the resources to build these advanced mobile chips from the global chip ban.

On the other hand I've had a good experience with them. I'm paying $80 for unlimited and I'd be paying at least $150 with others. I haven't had the need to contact customer service in over a year.

I don't think there are other MVNO providers that offer these trade in deals

DO NOT get Comcast Xfinity. Thee worst service bc you on there hot spot network that cuts in n out if your driving and take forever on porting making you lose out on deal and then give you hard time porting it back out if your lucky. Also unlocking there phone is impossible. Your better off with a can and a string

Has to be better deals than this. I have verizon and we are all ready for new phones. 13 Pro, 13, and two 11's

Looking to switch to T mobile but we are debating trading our phones to apple and buying them outright..

Anybody know the best deal for us? 24 months is max I would want to do with bill credits.

My iPhone 14 Pro and Xfinity are the worst device and service I've ever had. It makes me regret moving from terrible AT&T.
