Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Tried this with the similar promo last year and ended up returning the phones.

Truly awful customer service if you have any credit/billing issues, would avoid just for that alone.

It was always a bad deal to trade these phone is the first place, when an ancient iPhone 11 gets you $700. If you want to bypass shipping the phone, do it in store.

Yup, that's the deal breaker for me. In the past got 300-500 $ Visa rebate card, paid off the phone early, unlocked it and used it while travelling internationally with adding the extra e-sim. This saved lot of money, otherwise you will have to pay heck of roaming charges for Xfinity.
Now with the monthly credits, you won't be able to unlock the phone for two years. You can payoff and unlock early but you will miss the credits for the remaining months.

Yeah I agreed. The trade in value between generations is not right. I guess they just want to convert as many customer as possible. The trade in value across the stores are just bad

As far as I can see now - all the plans are with credits; T-mo and XM with 24 months, Verizon & AT&T with 36 months. Even the BOGO deals through Costco are now with bill credits.
