Enough iphone 15 will be available in US, Chinese not buying due to Mate X5 and Mate 60 pro. No wonder pro price kept at $999 instead $1199. Just wait a little many offers will come.

I cannot stress this enough. This is not worth it. Their customer service is *abysmal*. If you have ANY issues, be prepared for weeks of calls talking to people who speak words, but don't understand anything you're saying.

I actually called in to cancel my mobile service because it would not let me do it online and they could not successfully port any numbers I was trying to bring after 3 weeks. They cancelled my INTERNET, and left my mobile active, even after I specifically said "I want to be clear, I do NOT want to cancel my internet services." and verbally confirmed that with them twice. It was an absolute joke.

Most likely it will be same as apple, you'll need iphone 14 pro max 1tb to get full $830 back else get $100-$200 back

Blame it on apple and their ridiculous idea to remove physical sim slot from all iphones in the U.S (still remains available in every other country)
If you have a device with physical sim card you can swap devices as you please, e-sim? Nope, you have to contact carrier so they can generate a QR code or something of the sort every time you want to swap devices.

Apple sells e-sim exclusivety as helping customers switch carriers easily and competition. In reality, carriers are not obligated to make the process easy at all and that's why many of them at&t make it hard by forcing customers to contact a CS agent every time you want to do it

Still waiting on a credit for a phone that was accepted over a month ago. Chat hasn't been helpful. If anyone has a solution that would be great
Good luck. Returned an iphone 14 Pro in mint condition after trying unsuccessfully to port over from Tracfone (even going to the store for help). Phone was purchased online so they refuse to accept return at the store. After a week, I received notice that the phone was received, but they charged me $350 for "damage". After numerous online chats, and calls saying "they will get back to me" (and never did), I simply gave up. But that was not the end - another week went by and I saw another charge for 'line porting'.

I ported all 4 lines out as soon as I could. They are not worth dealing with.

The 5th line is $20 for unlimited? We have (4) lines on XM that just pay by the gig so usually say under 1gb sometimes go over. Could we keep (3) of the (4) lines on by the gig and move the fourth to unlimited for $20 or can't you do that with 4 lines?
It's $30, you would still need five total lines on the account for $20. You can just add an extra line without using it.

Thanks for the info. Actually adding an extra line might not be a bad idea at some point. Our taxes are fees are only a little over $2.00 on each line here where I live so that's cheaper than $10 for going unlimited.

Is the unlimited any good with XM? We've been with them since they began but always on the by the gig plan and really haven't had any issues. We have a teenager (junior in hs) who is pretty good about being on wifi but I can see them using more and more data over time, lol.

That's what we do.
Me and my spouse use Lines 1 & 2, Lines 3 &4(free iphone SE 2's) are simply sitting in the drawer. Line 5 is unlimited for my kid's use. Works out well.

I have been able to swap devices between financed (bill credits) and paid off or between financed devices without a problem.

The only requirement if you need a physical sim to swap is that you have to go into a store; if swapping eSIM's, can be done with chat / call to CS.

This seems too good to be true. It says I'll get a $700 credit for my iPhone 12 Pro trade in making the new iPhone 15 Pro just $300!

They messed up with my pre-order. I called them because I didn't get a shipping notification until today and they couldn't locate my order even though I have my order confirmation email. They asked me to go to the store for further help but no luck. Technically I have to wait until the new batch arrives in mid October.

I have 4 on by the gig now. I want to add a 5th line on Unlimited Intro $20, do I have to upgrade plan BEFORE adding the 5th line? Doesn't seem to be an option to choose Unlimited for $20 as I go through the order process. Thanks.

Anyone get a shipping notification? When chatting with them they said they were all shipping in September 22nd, not that they were arriving at your doorstep on Sept 22nd

Big surprise xfinity mobile didn't call me back today to complete my order, now I'm only being offered $400 off any iPhone of my choice without trading. So I can get a pro for 600 or a regular iPhone 15 for $430. Gone is the additional $400 off new line activation I was offered yesterday. May or may not bite
